How it works
1. Apply
Tell us who you are, where your audience lives, and how you plan to share Policy Stack. The application takes about five minutes, right inside your account.
2. Review
Approval is not automatic. We review every application for alignment, audience fit, and brand integrity — usually within a few business days.
3. Share & earn
Approved affiliates get a unique referral link and code, a commission dashboard, and a percentage of recurring subscription revenue directly attributed to them.

Roles combine freely: many affiliates are practitioners and podcast hosts. Being an affiliate never changes your account permissions — it adds a referral link, a code, and a commission dashboard alongside whatever you already do on Policy Stack.
What approved affiliates get
- A unique referral link and referral code
- An affiliate dashboard with referred signups, active paid referrals, and attributed revenue
- Commission tracking — estimated current month, pending, and paid to date
- A percentage of recurring subscription revenue on directly attributed subscriptions, calculated from actual paid invoices (never trials, refunds, or failed payments)
The fine print
Affiliate approval is not automatic. Policy Stack reviews each application for alignment, audience fit, and brand integrity. Approved affiliates must maintain an active Practice account in good standing to receive ongoing commission revenue share. Payouts are conducted via Stripe Connect. Affiliate commissions apply only to directly attributable subscriptions and do not apply to downstream affiliate recruitment.
There are no multi-level structures: affiliates never earn on other affiliates they recruit, and one subscription carries at most one affiliate attribution. Policy Stack may deny or revoke affiliate status for misuse, inactivity, fraud, or brand misalignment. Ready when you are — apply from your Practice settings.
